The neck aches by 3pm. The shoulder knot never leaves. The low back hurts after a long call block.
It is not a mystery. Your desk is teaching your spine a shape, and your body is getting very good at holding it. Send a photo of your workstation and a 30-minute time-lapse video, and Jason will show you exactly what is causing the pain.
A free workplace ergonomics evaluation. No charge, no sales pitch, just a clear read of what your setup is doing to you.
How it works
Fifteen minutes of work, then you stop guessing.
Most ergonomics advice is generic. This is specific to your body, your chair, and the way you actually sit by the end of the day. The task is small. The information is worth it.
- 01
Snap one photo of your desk.
Take it from where you sit. Include your monitor, chair, keyboard, mouse, and where your feet land. Nothing staged. Just your real setup.
- 02
Record a 30-minute time-lapse.
Use your phone's time-lapse mode while you work normally. Jason wants to see how your body actually moves, not how you sit when you are trying to look good.
- 03
Get your review within two business days.
He marks what is off, explains why it is loading your neck or low back, and gives you a short, specific list of changes. Most take ten minutes to implement.

What he looks for
The four things that make a desk hurt.
Monitor height
Too high or too low and your neck carries your head all day. A small tilt forward multiplies the load.
Chair depth
If the seat is too deep, your hips slide forward and your low back loses the support it is paying for.
Where the keyboard sits
Reach too far and your shoulders round. The body makes up the difference with your upper trapezius and neck.
What your hips do after hour three
Everyone slumps eventually. The question is which way, how far, and what starts hurting first.
For desk workers
What changed when they fixed the setup.
"I came in with chronic lower back pain from years of commuting and desk work. Dr. Rogers helped me fix the cause, not just the pain. My whole body moves easier now, and my back pain is gone. He even helped me get off allergy meds by changing my diet. Full-body healing, inside and out."
"Jason's ergonomic advice changed how I work every day. Simple changes to my desk setup and posture habits reduced my neck and shoulder pain. I feel more energetic and less stressed after long workdays."
Send your setup. Get a plan.
You have already spent enough afternoons with a stiff neck. The fix is usually smaller than you think.
